OMNIARMOR® - the Invulnerable

OMNIARMOR® is a high-technology, transparent, bullet-resistant security glazing panel designed to protect vehicles for military and civil use and public, residential and commercial premises.

It is designed to withstand high-energy ballistic attack and prolonged physical attack, or a combination of the two. The armoured glass OMNIARMOR® combines the structural properties of polycarbonate with the resistance to abrasion and chemicals provided by glass.

Available in various shapes and sizes, OMNIARMOR® panels solve all security problems while fulfilling all design requirements. OOMNIARMOR®  products are certified according to the EN 1063, NIJ 0108.01 and STANAG 4569 requirements.

Characteristics

OMNIARMOR® is available NO SPALL construction which results in absolutely no spalling.

OMNIARMOR® NO SPALL  has glass on the attack side only, and zero-spall is released in the event of an attack, as the polycarbonate inside surface remains intact.

OMNIARMOR® NO SPALL  panels are supplied with a special scratch-resistant treatment which protects the polycarbonate from abrasion, making it remarkably hard.

OMNIARMOR® provides a weight reduction at the least 40% comparated to other transparent armoured glazings: this translates into significant saving in the design and installation phases, as well as in the use and maintenance.

OMNIARMOR® for automotive

Isoclima has over many years been involved in continuous research in order to reduce the weight and thickness of OMNIARMOR® bullet resistant glass. This is a particular aspect of the armoured vehicle sector – whether military or civilian, where Isoclima currently supplies the lightest and highest performance panels in the marketplace.
